What You’ll Do as a Base Ops Team Member

As a Base Operations Team Member, you’ll wear multiple hats, from providing instruction on the use of safety equipment to booking reservations and checking guests in for their tours. Providing excellent customer service is paramount for us from check in to the final zip!

This role includes:

• Operating and overseeing the multi-level high ropes course (after qualification and training)

• Providing safety briefings and harness fittings for ropes course and zipline guests

• Assisting guests in the Main Street office with reservations, waivers, check-ins, and retail

• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth tour operations and outstanding guest experiences

• Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of all base area facilities and equipment

• Modeling Alpine Adventures’ core values and delivering top-notch customer service at all times
